CHRIS & HOLA Health and Safety Guidance

While the recovery from COVID-19 continues to gain momentum, we are dedicated to bringing the hotel industry back together in-person. We understand the continued concerns surrounding COVID-19 and AS OF APRIL 18, 2022 have implemented the following steps. We will continue to provide updated guidelines as the protocols and requirements remain fluid. The below protocols apply to the CHRIS and HOLA conference spaces only.

Optional Facial Covering
Masks are optional for CHRIS and HOLA attendees.
Entering the Conference Space
All conference delegates, as well as visitors to meeting rooms within the conference space, are encouraged to be fully vaccinated or test negative for COVID-19 before attending the CHRIS and/or HOLA 2022 conferences. If testing, we recommend testing no more than 48 hours in advance for a PCR test and no more than 24 hours for an Antigen test.
Stay on Top of Your Status Onsite
A limited number of antigen self-tests will be available onsite for delegates that want extra peace of mind while onsite. These tests are easy to use, and can be conducted from the privacy, comfort, and convenience of your lodging accommodations.
Stay Put if You’re Feeling Sick
If you experience COVID-19 symptoms at any point during the conference, please stay in your guestroom or home and visit a local area professional COVID-19 testing facility of your choice.
