in this category also included citizenM Boston North Station in Boston, MA and
the Moxy NYC East Village in New York, NY.
1 Hotel South Beach in Miami Beach, FL was
named Transaction
of the Year (Over US$25M) 2019. Finalists in this category also
included Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, FL and The Ritz-Carlton,
Lake Tahoe in Truckee, CA.
Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro in Boston, MA was
named Transaction
of the Year (US$25M & Under) 2019. Finalist in this category
also included Casa Ocean Hotel in Miami Beach, FL.
Aimbridge Hospitality merged with Interstate Hotels
& Resorts was named Merger
& Acquisition of the Year 2019. Finalists in this category also
included LVMH’s acquisition of Belmond Ltd. and Park Hotels & Resorts’ acquisition
of Chesapeake Lodging Trust.
Kevin Davis, Managing Director, JLL was named Jack A. Shaffer Financial Advisor of the
Year 2019. Finalists in this category also included Naftali Holtz, Former
Managing Director, Goldman, Sachs & Co., and Helen Zaver, Senior Vice

JP Ford chaired the ALIS
Development of the Year committee, John Karver chaired the Transaction of the
